Please read the following important notes before making an registration:
- Please download and fill in the Registration Form, and send it back to conference@auaicei.com;
- A discounted registration fee is given to full-time students. Please send your Enrolment Letter or Student ID to conference@auaicei.comto prove your student status;
- Conference Registration includes: paper review, paper publication, and Certificate of Attendance/Presentation;
- Registration cancellations must be sent in writing by email to conference@auaicei.com. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations received prior to 5pm on 31 Dec 2012. After this date there will be no refunds made; however substitute participants will be accepted;
- The Organising Committee and/or Conference Organiser shall not be held liable for personal accidents or losses or damage to private property of registered delegates of the Conference. Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance;
